Artwork Submission Guidelines

Digital Art Requirements: Vector artwork (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) or high-resolution raster images (300dpi recommended). Files containing fonts must be converted to curves or outlines.


Ink Colors: Please provide us with your logo/brand's PMS (Pantone) color(s); either set as swatches in the digital artwork file, or specified via email. If one is not provided, one will be assigned by our design team and shown on your digital proof for approval.


Metallic Foil Colors: We have standard metallic foil colors available for imprint. Please refer to our metallic foil swatches for reference. Swatches are shown for approximate color only.


Art Charges: In the event that acceptable print-ready art is not available, we will make our art department available to assist with re-creation of art. You will be quoted on this service and will be required to submit written approval of the charges.


Trademarks: All copy and art submitted will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, licensing, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection. Wine Doggy Bag® will be held harmless from all claims and cost arising from these issues.


Artwork Submission: Once you have completed checkout of your order, please email us your logo. Be sure to include any order information (ex. Company Name, order confirmation number, etc.) to help match your submission to the order you have placed. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your logo within 1-2 business days.
